The name of this wine comes from an ancient Greek chalice to which mythology assigns the virtue of truth. It is a blend whose structure and vigor of Nero d'Avola we wanted to add the complex and fascinating bouquets of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Amongae is born after a long and careful winemaking process. Initially, the three monovarietal wines are aged separately for 8 months in first-passage French barriques. Subsequently, the blend obtained from the selection of the best wines is aged for another 6 months in second-passage barriques, finally, Amongae completes its refining process with 12 months in the bottle. Vinification: Maceration for 15 days with the marc and fermentation at controlled temperature Aging: 14 months in barriques and 12 months in bottle
